Shipping Policy

Welcome to The Art Soul's shipping policy! We are dedicated to providing you with the best shipping experience. We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you safely and in a timely manner. Our packaging is carefully designed to protect your products, and we strive to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for your convenience.Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. The Art Soul is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Returns and Exchanges

Cancelling your order:

We start working on your art only after you make the order.
This is to make sure that your art is fresh. It is because of this that we cannot accept cancellations of your order. 

But if you do decide to, Contact us within 3 hour of your purchase and we will cancel and refund the money back to you. (If you order outside business hours (11am-8pm) do not worry the 2 hours applies once business restarts again)

 

Cause for return:

As mentioned before, all the art goes under production once you
make the order. A lot of care goes into making sure your order reaches you safely and securely. We also run personal quality tests for all the art before it leaves our Warehouse. 

But if for some reason your art reaches you damaged or the wrong item was shipped to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will take it from there.

Conditions for return:

- You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your product. All sales after the 2 day (48 hour) window has passed are final.

- For the exchange to be processed, the product must be returned unused & in the same condition you received it in. 

i) Please contact us via. Email to theartsoul2025@gmail.com with your order number & Exchange/return as your subject line.

ii) Please mention the reasons for return / exchange

iii) Please include photos of the product in question 

On receiving your request we will go through it and if everything checks out we will initiate a refund/exchange as per your requirement.

Please note we will only accept returns on products that were
damaged during shipment / has a defect / if your received the wrong product. Any returns because of damage done by the buyer cannot be
issued.

We issue returns/refunds only when..

- There is a Defect in the product.

- The wrong item was sent to you by mistake.

Refund Timeline

If the refund conditions are met, we will go ahead and initiate the refund to your source account. The refund should take 7-10 business days to credit back to your account.

 

Return Timeline

If the return conditions are met, we will go ahead and initiate the return process within 3-4 days.
