Absolutely. We’d love to! Whether it's for team gifts, events, or bulk gifting—we accept bulk/corporate orders. Do note: Since everything is handmade in-house, delivery timelines will vary based on quantity.

We accept returns and offer refunds only if:

• Your product was damaged in transit, or

• You received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for reasons like a change of mind or minor imperfections (which are a natural part of handmade charm!).

If you need a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged.
